Am I talking to you?
Could I be talking to you? Do you ever have those days in the gym that you feel like you can’t be stopped? Like the heavens have opened up and branded you the ultimate bad ass of the gym for that moment in time?
Feels good doesn’t it? That feelings addictive. In my opinion just as much as any drug of any kind. Maybe even more because you’ve made sacrifices to be there to get that feeling. Whether you get up early or stay up late, take the kids with you to the gym or put them with a sitter. You have changed your day to day just to feel that moment of pure intensity that is like chasing a high.
I love that feeling like I can’t explain. And if you’ve read down this far than you do too. Then I must be talking to you. Give it hell!!

You are talking to me. I become a very grouchy girl when "life" happens periodically and I can’t get my workout in. Great blog - thanks!

i pity the fool that gets in the way of my workouts. had to tell three big guys the other night to shut up talkin cause they were interrupting my workout, got a bit quite as those around were waiting to see what would come next…I gave a look like…I said move. I had been pushing the weights and felt really strong and bold :0)

Now you’re talkin’.
Arrive at the gym with bad intentions. The more pissed off I am when I walk through those doors, the better my workout. If you piss me off DURING the workout. Now we are talking.

She’s gotten over it.
Another quiet morning at the gym this AM and I think she’s a believer.
I’m a firm believer in speaking what comes to mind. It saves storage space if it just comes out of my mouth.

Now that’s what i’m talking about. I find the older i get, the less space i have for "boy I should have said" saves me from talking to myself as well :0)

I never say ‘I wish I would have said….’
Sometimes Mrs. Crab says ‘I wish you wouldn’t have said….’
Warts and all.
