					<description>So you got a good workout with the weighted vest. Might have to check that out never though about adding that to the cardio. I usually just do the elliptical...havent ventured over to the treadmill something gets me about just running on that thing when i can go run around somewhere else. But with the stairclimber might have to borrow that from you and incorporate that into the routine since it seemed like you got a good sweat off of that. Keep doing your thing man...Train hard!!!</description>

					<description>I think it is a great idea. I especially like the idea that it takes nutrition into consideration. It is common for people to do well with one or the other.  I know a lot people who eat poorly, but train consistently. They wonder why they do not achieve the goals that they are aiming for. I think that your points plan, which incorporates both components, would be another way to help them to see that poor nutrition can negate the beneficial effects of training.</description>
