OK SO IN THIS PAST 2 MONTHS OR SO, I’VE ACQUIRED A FEW INJURIES… A POSSIBLY SEPARATED COLLAR BONE AND NOW… A SPRAINED ANKLE… MY DIET IS GOOD, MY TRAINING IS CONSISTENT… HELP?!?!
