Understanding our body
It took me years to realize how does my body work. It seems that a high protein, low fat and very importantly timed carbs are the key.
I’ve benn eating a minimum of 40 grams of protein every meal for 6 meals a day with small amounts of fat and I have great results: lost 8 lbs of fat in 8 days!!!
The key to my carb consumption is to ingest 35-40% of my daily allowed carbs 30 minutes prior to my workout and 40-45% of my daily allowed carbs within 30 minutes of the end of my training. This is fun because I can eat at supper, almost anything I want!!
Truly a great discovery!!
