Morning cardio
Well, for a first, it went well. Hope I will get up tomorrow.
I did little cardio, but it will improve shortly. I also did calves and abs. Little training, but little time. My other training will be at 16h30, which is chest and back (supersetted). Can’t wait to try it!!
