Gaining weight is tricky
Monday, May 7th, 2007A few weeks earlier I complained about gaining weight too fast .So well since then I cut my protein intake little bit (from 5 scoops daily to 4 - 3 scoops ) and started trying to do more cardio (walking home instead of a bus, more intensity on swimming day etc). And guess what? - I stopped gaining weight at all .Dead in my tracks at 170 lbs mark .Well I guess I ll ramp up protein intake to 1 more scoop on training day and see how it goes
