I am also going to be planning my diet out this weekend.  Got to start making progress. I think I am bsing to much and it is time to kick it up a notch. Progress has to happen.  I am refocusing on my goal and getting that finishline in sight.  </font></font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">The job interviewed for wont be making a decision til next week. I have gone on a couple of other interviews but I didn’t like them as well as this one.  I can be picky since I am employed but I sure hate waiting.  Yep that is one of my negative qualities. Lol  </font></font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Weekend is here. My girls have basketball camp and I have a girl scout planning meeting to attend.  I think my boy has a football game too.  I also have to get the diet done.  I am a beachbody coach and I really need to get moving on that too.  My friend Dave, who is the best by the way, is ready to kick my butt.  Cant have that. Lol  </font></font></p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Good Morning my body building friends.  Today is a great day to move forward on your goals. Are you going to make it happen?  I am.</p>
<p>The last week has been busy.  Holiday was great.  Drank to much. I will blame it on stress but we all know that is just an excuse.  I wanted to and I did.  Had all my favorites..  now its back to the gym to work off those extra calories.  My current project is very demanding.  Thankfully its almost done.  This is by far one of the worst projects I have taken on.  Normally I strive on these things.  I will be happy when this one is gone. </p>
<p>I had an interview yesterday morning.  It sounds promising.  I know I can do the job very well.  May have to learn a few things but that just makes it more exciting.  Well we will see if they call.  I have another interview today.  Well it was suppose to be yesterday but since I was in a meeting all day I had to reschedule it. </p>
<p>My diet has been good.  Well except for the drinking.  Training has been going well.  Intensity level is back.  I am so ready to kick some butt.  Well have a great day.</p>
<p>Train hard. Eat clean. Stay motivated.

<p>Today is cardio and stretching.  Got to keep flexible and melt that fat.  Diet is ok. I am going to focus a little more on getting it back to where it should be. It is by far my biggest challenge. </p>
<p>This weekend is a busy one.  Tomorrow night is a dinner party, drinks, and dancing.  I will behave when it comes to drinking.  Dont want the extra calories.  Sunday have to visit family and a friend.  Basically the weekend will be spent running but its all good. </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">It’s Thursday and the week is almost over.  I have made some positive steps in the right direction this week on meeting my goals.  My workouts have been good and diet is improving everyday.  I am back on the muscletech supplement regime. Okay I never really got off of it because I like them very much. I also like the gaspari products too. So its more like a mixture.  Attitude is motivated to soar.</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">This weekend James is loading some new tunes on the ipod for me.  That is so going to help push me to the next level.  Don’t get me wrong. I am not ready to give up acdc but I need a little variety in my life.  He has such great taste in music too.  I am very appreciative of him.</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">Tonight I am going to take measurements and get my starting points recorded.  I am looking to kick some major butt the next 12 weeks.  I have to know my starting points.</font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Job is busy as heck.  Working on some high priority projects that are time consuming and detailed.  I am also looking for a new job.  Yeah, I am ready for a challenge and a job that will give me more satisfaction.  I put out some feelers so we will see if I get any bites.  </font></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">I am a girls scout leader again.  Sure I said I wasn’t going to get sucked into being a leader of any type of group again but hey when your girls have been in brownies for two years and have earned three try its. I have a few issues.  So yeah, I am stepping up to bat.  These girls need the leadership and they need to learn and grow as a group and individual.  I want my girls to have the skills and confidence they need as an adult.  Oh and if there is any troop not in the US that would like to have a penpal group let me know.  We are in need of one.</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">My son, age 10, will be traveling to Ireland, Belgium, the Netherlands, England, and France in the summer of 2009 as part of the US ambassador program.  I am really excited for him. It’s a great opportunity.  If you have experienced this program I would like to hear from you too.</font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">My other son is knee deep in classes and football. Right now its just practice but it wont be long and I will be in the stands cheering for a touch down or a fabulous tackle.  Dont really know much about football but I can cheer like hell.  LOl  My girls are going to play basketball for a bit.  That should fun. I know a little more about that since I was a manger for a college team for a couple of years.  </font></font></p>

<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">As far as myself,  I am taking the bellydancing lessons, studying for the CAP and pt certs, and may throw in an astronomy class.  I also have my cooking club.  I also took the drawing that Alan did for my tattoo to the shop yesterday.  Next month I will be $200 lighter but have a great work of art on my lower back.  So there is my life in a nut shell.  Probably more information than you wanted to know.</font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">I hope everyone is having a fantastic day.  I sure am.  Today has been a very productive day.  Job is going well.  Oh and my kid has received an invite to go to Ireland, England, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands as part of the US ambassador program.  But you don’t want to hear about that.  You want to know about my workouts and diet and anything motivation that I just may come up with.  </font></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Lets see, last night I did the Hydroxycut Circuit and it was really intense.  Jump squats, Bent over rows, medicine ball squats, treadmill running, lunges, advanced leg raises, jump roping.  Ok I may have missed something but you get the just. Lots of the big moves.  Needless to say I worked up a sweat fast and today I am a little sore.  The jump roping was a challenge but I had a blast.  Although I looked stupid.  </font></font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3"> </font></p>
<p><font face="Times New Roman" size="3">This morning was cardio…just not the kind at the gym.  Lol</font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">Tonight I will do an hour of yoga or kempo if I am feeling aggressive when I get off.  Must say that I am feeling pretty relaxed right now.  </font></font></p>

<p><font size="3"><font face="Times New Roman">I have a friend that is going to share some new tunes with me for my ipod.  I cant wait.  I am so needing the motivational music to go with the I- can- dare- to- soar- attitude.  Oh and I start bellydancing lessons at the beginning of September.  Woohoo. <p>I posted some recent pictures.  These were taken the weekend of my birthday at Ha Ha Tonka State Park.  Yeah I gained a couple of pounds that weekend.  Way to much drinking and partying on the cove.  LOL  mmm rumrunners at backwater jacks.  Oh wait got to get back in the present time.  I did lose that weight the next week.  Mostly water. </p>
<p>This week starts the 12 week kick my own butt challenge.  I have lots to accomplish.  Setting ago for another 24 pounds to be gone in this time.  I know I can do it.  I have found my passion again and it is so time to get back on track. </p>
