I was out for the count for a bit. Had a few health issues but I am back and better than ever. I lost 14 pounds this month. That I am happy about. Workouts are picking up and more fat will be melting and muscle will be building. Keep going strong. Make every moment count.

Sorry to hear about the health issues, but glad that you are still kicking butt. 14 pounds is awesome! Keep up the great work Steph!
