Cards home opener today
Woohoo!! Opening day. You know its spring time when its baseball time. Today is the home opener. I am in chage of the tailing gating event at work. I got the grills ready to be fired up. Other stuff catered in. I am sure that a few of my co-workers will be disappointed at the lack of junk food but who cares. Attendance prizes all marked with the logo of the St Louis Cardinals. Yep Hometown fan here.
Made it to the gym last night. Got in some cardio and pounded out legs. Really starting to feel it now. Tonight I will work chest.
I have a busy week so I have to make sure that I make every workout count. Have to stay focused and get in and get out.

I don’t know if you remember or not Steph but I’m a huge Cards fan too and I am really excited about the new season. I’m thinking another Championship for sure!
