Hey keep your head up and keep looking to the future not the past. things happen for a reason why? we don’t all know but they do happen for one reason or another. so keep your head up and you will make it through. I lost my mother almost 3yrs ago in May it was hard but I used it as motivation to get through the hard times and it actually motivated me to start working out and becoming stronger and feeling better about myself because my mother told me no matter what to be who I am and be the best at what I do and not to let her passing let me down. she made me promise to celebrate her life not her death

Thanks. I am a firm believer that life should be celebrated and lived to the fullest. A day or so and I will be back at it.

Thanks for your comment. I like dumbbell presses too. Didn’t do any today since I like to mix things up and never to the same exact workout 2x in a row. Hope you have a better weekend.
