I have lost 8 pounds since January 1st. Thats my big news.

I am glad that your progress is so good! 8lbs is a grate improvement for less than one month! Not shore whare I am but not as well as you! Keep up the good work! Hope this helped with the depression thing and that things are beter in general!

Rome wasnt built in a day , as the famous saying says, At times there are many a road blocks and detours,
My job is back to driving me freeeekkinnn nutz . LOSER guys here claiming to do this and that and no pics. no journals, and no workout vids. LIFE is tough at times .
it will smack ya around and leave yuo tired and breathless.
I cant count how many times i restart , and restart , and make goals and my job changes.
I just added new equipment i built , and switching over to power lifting / strongman
right after easter week , right now I’m dropping for 274 to 230 lbs.
new journal is up . NO more waiiting on others to stop by and train.
Get up steph dust yuor self off and look at the positives, YOU dropped 8 lbs in 3 weeks .

That is great some time you have to fight small battles to win the war. some time you have to put your head down and just do it even if you are tired and sore. keep up the great work
