					<description>Best of luck to you.  Nice list.  Bench 300lbs? Wow!  I like the meditatioin idea, i'm experiencing that lately and i really enjoy it.  

Do you plan on reffering to this list often, is it something you will read daily.  Have you looked at each of these steps and detailed an action plan, identified the obstacles and setbacks to each, and how you will overcome each obstacle?  
I have made similar lists and really defined the aspects.  It is a great idea, a very nice post and i hope others will pick up on it too.  I am not one for new years resolutions, because most are performed from the outside in, and usually fail. 
 I believe everything has to be done from the inside out, just like you are doing with creating a list.  You are taking your thoughts, putting them on paper, and i'm pretty sure you are getting really excited about it.  Best of luck to you!!!!</description>
