Its Wednesday. Another day to make progress towards my goal. I am ready. Tonight is shoulders, bis, and tris. Diet is in check too.
I am really motivated. Last night doing plyo, I just keep think that every squat is going to make my butt and legs that much better. I am so determined to make them lose the jiggle and firm up and be sexy and strong. Lean and mean is what I am after. lol
