Today is day 1 of my all-out-hardcore-kick-my-own-ass-get-it-in-g
ear workout. The next four weeks are going to push me beyond my comfort zone and are going to make me reach my first goal of a ten pound lost. The last few months I have sat on the sidlines watching my goals get farther away. I have seen some the progress I have worked so hard to achieve disappear. The giggle in my thighs may not have been completely gone but it was a hell of a lot better than what it is now. I can kick my own butt for not sticking with the program. That all changes today.
This morning I ran for 30 minutes and then pumped out a great chest workout. Diet is planned and in progress. Tonight I will start the P90x again. If you havent tried this program you so need too. I will more than happily tell you all about it. Yes I am a beach body coach but I dont recommend this product because of that. I recommend it because it works. its so fabulous. I am going to document day one up close and personal. then in four weeks we will check to see what progress I am making.
