Good Morning.  I am on track and down 5 pounds in 2 weeks. I am pretty happy about that.  Its been hard to stay focused. I did a great bi, tri and shoulder workout the other day.  I am so feeling my tris still. My grandfather suffered a stroke and then a heart attack.  My kids came down with strep.  You know when you have mulitple kids there should be a rule that if they all have to get sick, it should be at the same time. My oldest got strep on Friday, my youngest on Sunday, and then another one on Tuesday.  Yeah I am still waiting on the last one.  Any way that life in my household.  have a great day.  Train hard.

Wow! What a great day.  Nothing like some am cardio to get you ready to tackle todays challenges.  I am so ready.  Day 2 is going great.  Tonight I will be doing P90x plyometrics.  Gonna kick some butt with it.  My legs will be scream and I will have worked up a good sweat by the time I am done.  yeah I will probably look silly doing it in the gym but you know what….  I am not there to socialize anyway.  Its all about me baby.  Getting my body back to the shape I want it it.  Diet is on track too.  Have a great day.  Come kick some butt with me.

Today is day 1 of my all-out-hardcore-kick-my-own-ass-get-it-in-g
ear workout.  The next four weeks are going to push me beyond my comfort zone and are going to make me reach my first goal of a ten pound lost.  The last few months I have sat on the sidlines watching my goals get farther away.  I have seen some the progress I have worked so hard to achieve disappear.  The giggle in my thighs may not have been completely gone but it was a hell of a lot better than what it is now.  I can kick my own butt for not sticking with the program.  That all changes today.

This morning I ran for 30 minutes and then pumped out a great chest workout.  Diet is planned and in progress.  Tonight I will start the P90x again.  If you havent tried this program you so need too.  I will more than happily tell you all about it.  Yes I am a beach body coach but I dont recommend this product because of that.  I recommend it because it works.  its so fabulous.  I am going to document day one up close and personal.  then in four weeks we will check to see what progress I am making. 

 

Well got to go.  Have a fabulous day. Get out there and kick some butt.

I am kicking it up in the gym. Intensity is back.  Still struggling with the diet. But I know that is going to be battle no matter what stage I am at.  As long as I keep working at it, everything will come together.

Its Friday.  Tonight I am doing bis and tris.  Got to get them whipped into shape. I am also going to be planning my diet out this weekend.  Got to start making progress. I think I am bsing to much and it is time to kick it up a notch. Progress has to happen.  I am refocusing on my goal and getting that finishline in sight. 

 

The job interviewed for wont be making a decision til next week. I have gone on a couple of other interviews but I didn’t like them as well as this one.  I can be picky since I am employed but I sure hate waiting.  Yep that is one of my negative qualities. Lol  

 

Weekend is here. My girls have basketball camp and I have a girl scout planning meeting to attend.  I think my boy has a football game too.  I also have to get the diet done.  I am a beachbody coach and I really need to get moving on that too.  My friend Dave, who is the best by the way, is ready to kick my butt.  Cant have that. Lol  

 

Well got to run.  Got a company picnic to plan.  Have a great weekend.

Woohoo!!! The week is almost over.  I drug my butt out of bed this morning.  Made it to the gym. Worked chest.  My lifts are always off in the am but I got a good workout in anyway.  Did a pyrimad up to 225 on the f.b.  Threw in some flyes and decline pushups. Tonight I will head back and hit abs and cardio and maybe a few inclines and pullovers.

Got to run.  Make today count.

Good Morning my body building friends.  Today is a great day to move forward on your goals. Are you going to make it happen?  I am.

The last week has been busy.  Holiday was great.  Drank to much. I will blame it on stress but we all know that is just an excuse.  I wanted to and I did.  Had all my favorites..  now its back to the gym to work off those extra calories.  My current project is very demanding.  Thankfully its almost done.  This is by far one of the worst projects I have taken on.  Normally I strive on these things.  I will be happy when this one is gone. 

I had an interview yesterday morning.  It sounds promising.  I know I can do the job very well.  May have to learn a few things but that just makes it more exciting.  Well we will see if they call.  I have another interview today.  Well it was suppose to be yesterday but since I was in a meeting all day I had to reschedule it. 

My diet has been good.  Well except for the drinking.  Training has been going well.  Intensity level is back.  I am so ready to kick some butt.  Well have a great day.

Train hard. Eat clean. Stay motivated.
