Good Morning My Building a Better Body Friends
Woohoo!!! What a wonderful morning to get up and kick some cardio butt. Nothing like cranking up the tunes and hitting the pavement…ok in my case the a treadmill. Although the weather has been absolutely beautiful and running outside would be fabulous.
I posted some recent pictures. These were taken the weekend of my birthday at Ha Ha Tonka State Park. Yeah I gained a couple of pounds that weekend. Way to much drinking and partying on the cove. LOL mmm rumrunners at backwater jacks. Oh wait got to get back in the present time. I did lose that weight the next week. Mostly water.
This week starts the 12 week kick my own butt challenge. I have lots to accomplish. Setting ago for another 24 pounds to be gone in this time. I know I can do it. I have found my passion again and it is so time to get back on track.
