Half way through the week. How do you feel? Are you on track? Have you stuck to that diet? Made every workout so far? Got plenty of rest? Wonderful! I knew you could do it. Lets make the second half of the week go just as well.
I am feeling fabulous. I am on track. Diet has been good. Every workout has been focused and intense. Making sure my body gets plenty of recoup time. Bring on the weekend.
Yesterday started the biggest loser program at work. I have 12 employees signed up to compete for the cash prize. I cant wait to see their transformations. No I cant play. I am running the program. I will get just as much from it by encouraging each of them to make it happen. With their transformation, they in turn may inspire other employees to improve their bodies too. I am very excited for them.
Friday I introduce the second program that I have developed. I cant wait to see what kind of response I get from that.
