Ok! We made it to Tuesday.

Its 4 am and I am having trouble waking up.  Damn alarm clock wont let me sleep 5 more minutes.  I dont have to be at the gym until 5.  Please just 5 more minutes.  Its so warm under these quilts.  My pillow is fluffy.  Perfect for cuddling in and sleeping well.  Besides that sleep is important in this lifestyle.  The only thing keeping me from it is that awful beeping noise going off across the room.  Maybe I should just throw something at it.  Shoot, I will just have to get up.  It really sucks today.  My body wants to be lazy.

It will just have to get over it. mind over body right.  I will be at the gym at 5 to work up a sweat and get this body fat melting.  I have a goal to reach. 

Well the brain is not functioning yet.  Maybe I will post again later.  Have a good day.

    I used to curse the evil the genius that invented the alarm clock….

    However I have now learnt that, whilst it took an evil genius to invent the alarm clock, it took a being of PURE EVIL to invent the snooze button!

    How many mornings has my better half kicked me out of bed because I just wanted ‘5 more more minutes under the quilt’…

    Okay so maybe hitting the snooze button 5 times or so isn’t condusive to a pleasant waking environment! :D

    Hope you’r up ‘n’ at ‘em by now!

    Ok. I dragged my butt in the gym. Did 7 miles, showered and I am ready to climb back in bed. LOL Have a great day everyone.
