Wow! We have another day to make it happen. Are you ready? I am. Last night I got to the gym planning to make myself into a pretzel doing yoga but I had the strongest urge to torture my lower body. Guess what I did? Yep. The torture. Plie Squats, Stiff legged deadlifts, squats, lunges, calf raises and abs. Talk about a major burn. Plus I loved the feel of the iron. I needed a good hard routine.
My squats have improved greatly because of the p90x. Now I will work on going up in weight. I have a little challenge going on with a friend. Yep he is the one that will be wearing the t-shirt marked "Daretosoar’s Bitch". I have a little competitive streak sometimes. LOL
Tonight is shoulders, bis and tris with P90x. They are going to be burning. Yesterday diet was good. Not perfect but good. I am determined though. Some time during my weekend I will be planning the diet for next week. Its time to show off this muscle i have built and reach the body of my dreams. A friend of mine said that yesterday and he is right. Its time to make this happen.
My gym is getting new treadmills early next week. He was replacing my old one. Thats right its mine. LOL He also told me we are getting a new piece of equipment..a stairmaster/eliptical combination thing. Now does that sound like fun. I can already feel my glutes just thinking about the torture I am going to be able to put them through.
Anyway thats my thoughts for today. Stay strong. Eat Clean. Make today count.

I am glad to hear that you had such a great workout! But I think Green with yellow lettering would be perfect for your "I am BLSmith’s Bitch!" T-Shirt!

LOL, I have a treadmill that’s "mine" too, and get mad when someone’s on it when I want to use it, as if it’s really mine!
Great to hear you felt some major burn - plies are killer, let alone adding it with deadlifts and lunges!! Talk about torture (in a good way)!

I think it would be funny if you just hung a sign on the treadmill…… DO Not Touch!! Daretosoars….. lol You could insert a picture of you benching 250 lbs…… that will help them make smart choices….lmao Let me know how that stair thing works…not that I would do it any way….lmao Cardio is for those people that just cant hold their breath that long….lmao (okay I’m making that saying a T-shirt…. Bill Seal on it,…..lol ) Keep on Keepin!!
