Why do you lift heavy? Do you compete? Aren’t you afraid of looking like a man and getting big? These are questions I am asked all the time. I lift heavy because I can. My body makes faster changes when I step out of my comfort zone. I like the way my breast feel. I am getting older and don’t want the sag happening. And the number one reason… drum roll please…… when I lift, my partners are usually big guys. If I cant hang close to them. I have to unload and reload the plates. See I am lazy LOL. No I don’t compete. I have been to several comps to cheer for my friends but I have never actually got under the bar there. I also would need to perfect the powerlifting form. The moves are done strict. Right now I do the whole process in one fluid move. I would need to break that up. I also need to work on getting out of the hole. That’s my weak spot. Another reason is my squats and deadlifts suck. My deadlifts are around 225 pounds. Squats are 145 pounds. When I go heavier I feel like my form is off. I will have to push myself to get over the mental block of it. I am sure that is all it is because everyone says the form is good. No I am not afraid of looking like a man. That’s a bad misconception. I would rather have muscle than a lot of saggy, jiggle fat. That not sexy. Plus more muscles equals more calories I burn. Plus I cant get big because I don’t eat to get big. Those big guys eat more at one meal than I eat most of the day. And the only sups I take are muscletech and Gaspari product. Oh better throw in a couple animal pak and flex in there too. Everything is over the counter. Those are the answers for inquiring minds. Any more questions?
For my friends following a long. This is my second post today.

LOL Curt… Talk about getting personal. Just kidding.
1. nature colors..greens and browns
2. I lift a little when I was a teenager practicing martial arts. I had a tough instructor that like to torture me. LOL
3. I was going to be a vet…as a matter of fact I went all the way to vet school and then decided it wasnt what I want to do.
4. No domestic cardio stories LOL
5. Gaspari products.. I love size on and intrapro. (yummy) Thoses are my two favorite. Muscletech products include Gakic, Aplodan (which I credit for my strength increase), Creckic, and Lukic are wonderful products as well.
6. I actually try to stay away from the forums. People over there get negative and I dont have time for that. I have to much work to accomplish.
7. Cheat meals huh? I try not to have them but if I did besides rocky road ice cream, it would be lasagna or pizza.
8. No favorites when it comes to movies. I like such a variety it would be hard to choose one.
9. I have two older brothers.
10. Nope didnt know that but I am honored. Thanks.
