Week 2 of the P90x.
I must say that I really am enjoying this program. So much variety without losing the intensity. I know I am going to do well with it. The kempo was a challenge. I also feel so much looser sice starting this program. I know I am stretching more but I really think its how they combine everything.
Weekend was good if you count working all of it. I was very productive and made a lot of head way. My new office is starting to come together too. Very excited about that.
My workouts are ready. Diet is planned. attitude is positive. Thats my update for today. Have a great one.

P90X is a good workout…I have been doing it off an on for 6 months…i need the motication to stick to it an I know it will work…the kenpo is my least favorite, but i am a bit jaded against it since I trained Muay Thai for several years…I would rather do the cardio x in place of the kenpo which is what I normally do…but stick to it girl…today is legs and back for me, then I add weight training after I do the P90 routine, doing squas, leg extension and legs curls, add some lat pull downs and cable rows…how do you like the ab ripper x?

I love the ab ripper. I still am having trouble keeping up but I know its doing me good. It sounds to me like your doing well with what you are doing. It doesnt hurt to modify as long as you are not slacking. Thanks for the encouragement.

YOu are doing excellent! Good luck with the muscletech challenge, I wish I could participate, but it is only open to residents of the U.S.
I am the official cheering section for my friends that are in the challenge

ohhhhhhhh and as for P90X, my scrawny lil brother started on that about a month ago, I can’t believe the changes that have taken place with him in such a short time. I haven’t had time to check out the DVD’s yet, I am just starting out my own transformation challenge at the gym so I have to stick to the workouts set out by the trainer for the next 12 weeks, but I do plan on checking P90X out in the summer when the challenge is done. Good Luck!
