Back, Chest, and abs…the P90 Xtreme
Wow! thats the only way to put it. I havent done that many pushups since my boot camp class. What a variety too. I am not ashamed to admit that I definitely had trouble with some of them. and the pullups…well they just suck. I cant do a real one yet but I sure gave it one hell of a try. I am hoping by the end of 90 days I can do one. That will call for a major celebration. Want to come?
I did abs too. I swear that my hips feel that routine more than anything else. Its probably because your constantly holding your legs up. Its killer.
No I am not complaining. You know me. I want challenge. So bring it. tonight is a new workout. Cant wait to torture myself some more.

That is awesome! I checked out your progress page and I am impressed. You’ve done an amazing job of transforming your body, I know you’re still not happy with where you are, but I have no doubts you will get there. Keep up the good work!

Gasp, I want to complete an unassisted pull-up, too! Great goal, in my opinion

I’m positive that you’ll be able to do your first unassisted pullup within the next 90 days
Regarding abs be careful you don’t waste your time doing exercises that will tire your legs and hips and not your abs.

Oh you did the nasty?? Oh me and Abs are like water and oil…lol I know you can do what ever you put your mind too! Keep after it my Driver!
