I must say that I really am enjoying this program. So much variety without losing the intensity. I know I am going to do well with it. The kempo was a challenge. I also feel so much looser sice starting this program. I know I am stretching more but I really think its how they combine everything.
Weekend was good if you count working all of it. I was very productive and made a lot of head way. My new office is starting to come together too. Very excited about that.
My workouts are ready. Diet is planned. attitude is positive. Thats my update for today. Have a great one.

I must tell you all. I feel fabulous and sore as hell. LOL The P90x is a wonderful program. I am very happy I decided to give it at try. You know I was leary about not pushing around as much iron. I still plan on lifting a couple times a month just so I dont get out of practice.
Last night I went out to dinner. I ate to much. The steak was fabulous. I will ahve to behave myself. the next 12 weeks have to be good. I want to make a dramatic change this round.
I have finally be able to make my rounds and cheer for my friends here. It looks like its going to take me a bit to get to all of you. My list has been growing. LOL I want to hear about your success. Of course let me know your struggles. You know I firmly believe that great friends is what makes us so successful. The support we give each other, keeps us all inspired and motivated. Together we will all reach our dreams. Until I stop by stay strong, eat clean, keep motivated.

One contest down. pics and progress have been posted. I am happy with how far I have come. I am looking forward to continuing the progress. hopefully we will have results before long but knowing Richard, he will make us wait until the very last minute. he likes to torture us. LOL
Seriously, I dont care who wins. I am so proud of each of my competitors. Maddi looks fabulous. Of course I thought she looked great to begin with. Alan I think will win. I am so proud of him. Dave has done fantastic. He will continue the journey. And fusion has hung right in there. I am glad he is also continue this journey by participating in the muscletech competition.
P90x is really kicking my butt. I think it is just what I need to make some big changes.

Wow! thats the only way to put it. I havent done that many pushups since my boot camp class. What a variety too. I am not ashamed to admit that I definitely had trouble with some of them. and the pullups…well they just suck. I cant do a real one yet but I sure gave it one hell of a try. I am hoping by the end of 90 days I can do one. That will call for a major celebration. Want to come?
I did abs too. I swear that my hips feel that routine more than anything else. Its probably because your constantly holding your legs up. Its killer.
No I am not complaining. You know me. I want challenge. So bring it. tonight is a new workout. Cant wait to torture myself some more.

Justed wanted to wish everyone a happy easter weekend. Enjoy your family and friends, hopefully some good healthy food, and great conversations. Stay strong. Oh and stay out of the kids easter baskets. You know who you are. Yeah you the one that steals the chocolate eggs with creamy filling.
I am pretty lucky. My easter bunny and I have a deal. No candy. Yep! he leaves no candy at my house. He only brings things that the kids want or need. You know like swimsuits, fishing supplies, polamon cards, art supplies, river shoes. Oh the options are endless and the dont include a sugar high. Now if I could just get that through to the grandparents. LOL
Have a great weekends and heres my current post in transform2008 blog. http://blog.bodybuilding.com/Transform2008/2008/03/21/six/

Last night was chest day. I was so looking forward to it. By the time I finally got to the gym and under the bar, I was feeling like crap. I pushed out my sets but in between I was light headed. Needless to say I didnt get my complete workout in. Little disappointed. I will go back today and wrap it up.
I went home and went to bed early. Slept for more hours than I have in a while and today I feel recharged.
This week everything is coming together. The transform 2008 challenge is ending. I havent done as well as I would have liked. I am definitely smaller and stronger but I havent dropped a lot of weight. I am determined to maintian my progress though. I have already started planning my meals and workout schedule for the next 12 weeks. With the P90X program its pretty easy today. They give you just about everything you need to be successful. The muscletech challenge will help keep me motivated and pushing forward as well.

I am still here and moving right along. A few more days and we will see what the last 12 weeks have brought me. I feel that my body has changed alot. I am definitely stronger and smaller even thought my weight hasnt changed a whole lot.
With my projects at work picking up, I feel as if I have slacked a little. I figure we all get faced with things that try to get in our way. I just try to balance them out.
Monday I start the P90X workout and hopefully the Muscletech Challenge. I think both will continue to push me in the right direction. I am looking forward to having a short rest period and being able to catch up on my friends here. You know I miss you. Those of you that stop by and offer words of encouragement I just want to say thanks.

Had a wonderful leg day yesterday. Already feeling it. Dont you just love it when you know you did your body good. Everytime I get in there, hit it hard, I know I am making changes. Sure they take a while to see. But they are there. I cant wait to trim down my thighs and hips. Ok the tummy too and the fat arms. Oh what the hell, I have a lot of work to do still. Good news is that it is working. I am feeling great.
Last night was beautiful. Went for a walk. I needed the sun. My mood has improved wonderfully. Today I did a little hill program. Felt great. Got hot and sweaty. Yep. Did me some good. Have a great day.
