Yesterday started off fabulous then I got some disappointing news from a friend. The rest of my day was so so. Then I got home and the ups guy came to visit. I just love the ups man. He always brings me fabulous things. Last night he brought my stilitos and new dress. The rest of the night went well. LOL
Today is going to a great day. Thanks to everyone that has stopped by. You encouragement has definitely boosted my motivation level to another notch. The inner cw is flying high. LOL Anyway have a great day.

Your transformation in just the last couple of months is awesome (and awe-inspiring). It’s one thing to look around this site at people who are already in-shape, but it’s really motivating to see someone change before my eyes. Keep up the good work & I’m looking forward to future updates!
