Friday, February 29th, 2008Training today consists of cardio, legs and abs. I am going to do the p90x ab workout tonight. So looking forward to it. I hear its intense and you know I like things intense. LOL I dont have a whole lot of time since I will be going out tonight so what ever I do has to be short and sweet. I refuse to miss the workout though. I have to be consistant. That is what keeps me moving forward.
Thanks to everyone who sent fabulous comments about my LBD. You all filled that c.w. meter up. I am running on good vibes and so motivated. Tonight I promise to behave myself..ok I promise to try to behave myself. I will stick with a couple of drinks and watch what naughty food I eat. I am sure I will get plenty of great cardio in tonight.
