Training today consists of cardio, legs and abs.  I am going to do the p90x ab workout tonight. So looking forward to it.  I hear its intense and you know I like things intense.  LOL   I dont have a whole lot of time since I will be going out tonight so what ever I do has to be short and sweet. I refuse to miss the workout though. I have to be consistant.  That is what keeps me moving forward.

Thanks to everyone who sent fabulous comments about my LBD.  You all filled that c.w. meter up. I am running on good vibes and so motivated.   Tonight I promise to behave myself..ok I promise to try to behave myself. I will stick with a couple of drinks and watch what naughty food I eat.  I am sure I will get plenty of great cardio in tonight.

Yesterday started off fabulous then I got some disappointing news from a friend. The rest of my day was so so. Then I got home and the ups guy came to visit. I just love the ups man. He always brings me fabulous things. Last night he brought my stilitos and new dress.  The rest of the night went well. LOL

Today is going to a great day. Thanks to everyone that has stopped by. You encouragement has definitely boosted my motivation level to another notch.  The inner cw is flying high. LOL  Anyway have a great day.

Raggae anyone?

My musical interest varies with my mood.  Today it was a straight out Raggae day with a little kid rock and uncle Kracker thrown in.   Shaggy was at the top of his game today during my morning run.  Felt great. 

Training is going fabulous. I purchased the p90x program and am anxious to try the stretching and the ab cds.  I thought they would make a great supplement to my current routine.  My friend Bobby also sent me a routine that I am going to implement for a while. I think it will be fun. 

Last night I did legs and abs.  Loved the burn and the challenge of the program.  Felt wonderful and I know that changes were being made.  Tonight is chest and shoulder day.  Cant wait. 

Diet is going well.  On track and feeling good.  Mentally I am focused and ready to rumble.  Looking forward to the weekend.  Bought myself a new dress and high heels for the bachalorette party this weekend.  Dancing, drinking, great food, and strippers.  What more can you ask for?  LOL

Had a couple cw moments today.  My friend Bob came into my office today and told me that I was really shaping up from behind.  I blushed a little but was very thrilled to know my rear is getting in gear.  LOL

 

My boss came in while I had on of my vendors in my office and we started talking bodybuilding.  He was bragging about my dedication, my 215 bench press, and my weight loss.  I was thrilled. 

Anyway, just thought I would share.  Some days you need cw moments more than others.  LOL

I am not lost. I am here just busy as all get out.  So much to do this week.  LOL 

Made some plans to hang out with some friends over the course of the next few weeks.  Got a bacholarette party next Friday.  Have to make sure the wild side doesnt come out.  Cant have those extra calories from drinking derail my progress. I have to lose 14 more pound in six weeks. 

The following weekend I will be headed to the comedy club with Sal and Tom.  I so enjoy their company.  Its always a good time when we get together. 

I am in the middle of an ice storm.  Still hoping to get to the gym before going home. Tomorrow is suppose to be just as bad.  Well that sums up my thoughts for today. Stay strong. Train hard.

Good morning all.  Its a wonderful day.  Thats right. I am back and feeling great.  I have kicked what ever I had and am ready to make the next six weeks count.  Thats right. Every meal, every workout, every thought will be a postive one that will push me to the finishline.  I hope you guys got those pompoms ready because I am so ready to make this happen.

Well today is the day made for lovers.  Hope all your v-day desires come true.  My desire to hit the iron is back.  I cant wait to get my hands on it today.  We are going to get up close and personal today.

Today is the day I start back at with the intensity that is needed to royal kick my own butt. You know I havent felt the best the last week but I cant let it continue. Yesterday I started off feeling great but was drug out by the end of the day. I have taken it easy long enough. I have to get myself kick started again. I cant let this be an excuse. I have given my body ample time to recoup. Now its time to kick some butt. 

Today when I go to the gym. I will be working lower body.  I already told you it needs to shape up.   So I am going to make it.  I will also work abs.  If you havent seen my ab inspirition video, here the link.
