Today is the day I have been waiting for. Its day one of the transformation contest. Its hope for the new year. Its the start of a new me.
My plan for today has been posted in the 2008 transformation blog. Make sure you check it out. I will be posting in both spots for a while. I will be taking pictures here shortly so that I can get them posted right away.
I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays but now its time to get back to work. We have goals to achieve. A new year to shape. Bodies to transform. I am so looking forward to your success.
