I couldnt resist. Had to stop by…

Ok! I just want you guys to know that I am very serious about “bring it” to this competition.  I am so serious in fact that I am going to give up my one major habit.  I want to warn my support group that if your caller id, reads Pepsi, don’t bother answering it.  Their sales are going to go down and they are going to try to get me back on the juice-the diet mt dew juice.   They will probably be offering bribes to tempt me but stay strong.

If you’re not aware, diet Mt Dew is my main addiction.  I wake up with a bottle. I go to bed with a bottle.  You never see me with out a bottle.  That is all coming to an end.  I am sorry shareholders but it is time for me to drop the habit.

It’s water for me all the way.  According to the 12 week transformation video series put out by our own bb.com, I need to drink 18 cups of water a day.  It will be hard but I will do this.  I will probably mix a little green tea into the mix too.  My new best friend will be my water bottle.

That’s great Stef! I have been weening off the Diet Pepsi and I’m down to 1 or 2 glasses a day. You can do this. But while I’m here can anyone help me what 18 cups translates to in millilitres so I can start doing the same thing…:)

    Hi,
Bad habits are hard to break but you will feel so good once you realize you no longer require or need it. Good luck with your future goals.

  4. Daretosoar Says:

Hey Dave. Is that considered insider trading?

  5. Just Dave Says:

No, that’s considered making like a good rat and jumping ship! LOL

I’m a fan of Diet Pepsi, however I’ve had to send them a letter of ‘cease and desist’ so they would stop making truck deliveries to my garage. They wanted to be one of the sponors I think, but I said NO.

Water and Xtend for me :D

Thats one monkey that I’ve never had on my back, I can’t stand the vile green liquid!

  11. pixiglittrpants Says:

Congrats!! Soda is definitely something I don’t like to start because once I do I get in a two month phase of it… congrats on taking the step away from liquid crack (okay, maybe not as potent as Rockstar, but still pretty darn potent!)!! ;)

  12. Maddi Says:

The problem I have with diet soda is that it stimulates my taste buds and makes me very hungry! I am probably going to have a diet soda here and there for starters, and then quit cold 1 month out. But we’ll see! I should probably go cold turkey like you!

  13. malibuilder Says:

It will be a walk in a park, light breeze I know you can win this thing.
