random thoughts
Well I am glad this week is almost over. Car trouble, kid getting sick, fighting with lover, and gym time being so so are just a few of the highlights. My best workout of the week was last night. Really hit the legs hard. Squats were kinda of sucky. Couldnt get the depth that I wanted. Everything else was good. I am getting ready to record it in my workout tracker.
I am still very excited about the transformation contest. With all the wonderful stories, I hope I posted a good enough reason for them to choose me. There are two more weeks before the lucky ones are announced. If you havent check out the thread please do so.

Good Morning Steph!! Sorry your week hasn’t been stellar! sometimes that’s the way it goes! The bad thing about having a crappy week is that our workouts usually suffer but it sounds like you pretty much stayed on track. Fighting with the sig other has a way of messing with the workout time too. Sadly as you continue your quest for ultra hotness and physical fitness you’ll find that the people you love the most and who love you are the ones that drag you down the fastest. I’m not sure why that is but it just seems to work that way. Hope you have a better week next week.

I am sorry you had a bad week. I agree with B.G It is funny how the one you love the most and look for support are the ones giving the least support. But oh well we have to stay on track and it sounds like you have. Good job! But I agree with Paulapop look at the week as a victory you stayed strong and made your way through it. You should use it as an inspiration. Keep up the phenominal work you have accomplished so far!

Thanks guys. My day is better already. The mechanic called and its only going to cost under a $100. I couldnt believe it. I have made some plans that will take place in the next few weeks which I am very excited about. Holiday parties and getting together with friends can sure brighten anyones mood.

Good to hear you’re already on a rebound! Days and weeks like that suck!! And you having one is just living proof to the rest of us, that sucky days like that happens to everyone - even the very best! You’re a lovable, strong minded girl and good things are BOUND to happen to you - it’s kind of like a cosmic law LOL Enjoy the weekend, sweetie - take revenge and make the weights in the gym pay for the bad week that has already passed

Best of luck to you! Seems we had the same kind of crappy squat day! I felt so weak doing them that after a few sets i just moved on to something else. Definitely gonna put a good word in for you!
