Alright! I know you will be disappointed but I missed my am cardio today. I will try to make it up later. I have a really good excuse. I was checking up on my friends here and lost track of the time. I had to pass out some encouragement and kicks in the butt. I had to do my part. Friendship is not a one way street. You guys do it for me.
Tonight I will be hitting back, bis and tris. Not looking forward to those deadlifts but I will do them. Yes, I know they are good for me. I will put forth 100% effort even if I am cussing and scream inside about how much I hate them. Yes, I tried to tell myself that they are that bad. I tried to take it with a spoonful of sugar but it did nt work. I hate them. They hate me. We agree and just pump them out. I always feel sick to my stomach when I am done. Got to go. Train hard today. Make me proud.

"I hate them. They hate me. We agree and just pump them out." LOL, too funny… I can imagine myself in the gym now thinking about that line and just laughing.. then picking up the weights and pushing out the sets/reps! Great stuff! Hit it hard later girlfriend!!!
