Todays plan
Cardio in the am was missed due to sick child. I plan on walking at the park during football practice to make it up.
Lower body. Everything is 4 sets of 10 with sets 3 and 4 to failure. Leg Press, barbell lunge, leg curls, calf raises, and cable crunch.
Meal 1: Raisin bran with blue berries and 1/4 cup milk
meal 2: tuna with 1 TBSP mayo on whole wheat bread (40 calories per slice)
meal 3: grilled chicken with 1/2 cup stuffing
meal 4: tuna again
meal 5: Sweet potato, California blend vegetables, and grilled chicken.
meal 6: protein shake.

hey hope your kid gets better. just letting you know thanks for the advice on the book. i looked at an overview of it online today and i think i’m going to see if they have at books-a-million this weekend. overall, it sounds really informative. have a safe day:)

Just wanted to leave you a message of encouragement. I haven’t checked your profile in a few days but now that I have, it’s good to see you finally have some pictures up. As far as not seeing any progress, sometimes you’ll see progress on the scale, sometimes you’ll see it in the mirror, and sometimes you won’t see it in either location. Either way, know that you are making progress. You have lost 10 pounds in a month and that is a great start. You’re still learning. Next month you may lose 10 more, or it may be 20. Just continue pressing forward and know that your efforts will pay off for you.
Are you taking any supplements besides protein? I recently got some NO-Xplode and it definitely gives me a big boost of energy for my workouts. I think if you took it like I do, just once a day before your workout, it would help you to work out harder and help you burn more calories throughout the day. You might want to look into it.
Anyway, good luck and great job on your first month’s progress.

Thanks for the encouragement. I am trying to take it one day at a time. (Just like you will have to when you stop smoking. Hint. hint. LOL) My husband I were discussing the no explode last night. He used it a couple of years ago. It made his pecks puff up very nicely. I think I will buy some this weekend. I am sure it will give me an energy boost and I sure like what it does for my husband.
I started taking Lipo 6 last week. Dont know if I notice to much of anything yet. Fat burns dont seem to do much for me. Some one suggested that I try HGH. I dont know if I like that idea. Other than that it, I only take protein.
