Dead lift or not
I am trying to lose a significant amount of weight. I have a strong weight training program anmd have increased my cardio. My husband thinks I should incorporate more deadlifts (not stiff legged) in my routine. I am not so certain and I am not a fan of them. Got any insight?

If I had to pick one exercise to do the rest-o-my life…it would potentially be deadlifts. The benefits are just absolutely phenominal as they work the whole body. In effect you burn tons-o-calories and as far as developing the back….there is no equal.

Thanks for the insight. Maybe I should consider adding them a little more often. You know what they say, the exercise you hate the most is probably the one you need the most.
