Awe. You guys have missed me. Iam touched. I am alive and somewhat well. Yep been ill. Still working out though. Anyway. I am on vacation starting today. Will chat more when I come back. Stay strong. eat clean. Stay motivated.

Wow! Its Thursday already. You know yur busy when the days fly by. Things are still going strong for me. Diet has been good. Not perfect but good. I have been meeting some friends for lunch most of the week. Well you know how eating out is. LOL Been trying to do extra cardio to make up for it. Still holding the same weight so I feel good about it.
Tomorrow I kick off my newest wellenss program for work. I am really excited about this one. It covers everything that has to do with health, wellness, and safety. Its a year long program. I have to give a lot of lunch n learn presentations as well as bring in some guest speakers to help keep it more fun. Plus I get to give away prizes for achievements in different areas. There is al ot of preperation but it will be worth it if I can help even one person make some positive changes.
Well enough rambling. Got work to do. So do you. Get to it. Cheering for you every step of the way.

Half way through the week. How do you feel? Are you on track? Have you stuck to that diet? Made every workout so far? Got plenty of rest? Wonderful! I knew you could do it. Lets make the second half of the week go just as well.
I am feeling fabulous. I am on track. Diet has been good. Every workout has been focused and intense. Making sure my body gets plenty of recoup time. Bring on the weekend.
Yesterday started the biggest loser program at work. I have 12 employees signed up to compete for the cash prize. I cant wait to see their transformations. No I cant play. I am running the program. I will get just as much from it by encouraging each of them to make it happen. With their transformation, they in turn may inspire other employees to improve their bodies too. I am very excited for them.
Friday I introduce the second program that I have developed. I cant wait to see what kind of response I get from that.

Good morning my building a better body friends. What a beautiful day!! Time to make things happen. Are you ready? I so long to be outside. Maybe get my cardio in along the river front. Weather like this makes me want to play outside.
Did cardio and a little benching yesterday. It was good. I worked up a sweat fast and was certainly hopingthe fat was melting off just as fast. I did well with my diet over the weekend. Guess you could say I am still on the wagon.
For those of you missing me, I have been working on a couple of projects. Dont worry I havent fallen and yes I am still cheering for you. Keep me posted. Have a great day.

Good Morning all my building a better body friends. It Saturady and I am at work. Yep! I know boring but its good because I am getting a lot done plus I had time to drop you a quick note to let you know I havent fallen off the planet. Just been working on a few things.
Training is going well. Drop another pound. Excited about that. Come happy dance with me. Diet is going well. Oh dont know if you read but Joe hit that 60pound lost mark. Woohoo for him so much to celebrate.
Anyway got to go. know i miss those of you I chat with regular. If you not in the group, why arent you?
Stay strong, eat clean, keep motivated. We will do this together.

Good morning all my building a better body friends. What a fabulous day!! Are you ready to make it count? I am. Off to the gym in 10. Got to get that cardio in. I am still a work in progress. When I am done, I will be a fabulous piece of art.
Tonight I have bis, tris, and shoulders. I should leave the gym feeling the burn. Still working on those pullups. Doing well with the bands.
Anyway. eat clean today guys. You know itsthe only way to get where we want to be. Cheering for your success.

Its 4 am and I am having trouble waking up. Damn alarm clock wont let me sleep 5 more minutes. I dont have to be at the gym until 5. Please just 5 more minutes. Its so warm under these quilts. My pillow is fluffy. Perfect for cuddling in and sleeping well. Besides that sleep is important in this lifestyle. The only thing keeping me from it is that awful beeping noise going off across the room. Maybe I should just throw something at it. Shoot, I will just have to get up. It really sucks today. My body wants to be lazy.
It will just have to get over it. mind over body right. I will be at the gym at 5 to work up a sweat and get this body fat melting. I have a goal to reach.
Well the brain is not functioning yet. Maybe I will post again later. Have a good day.

Are you ready? Another week of intense workouts and clean eating awaits us. We have to make this happen. We want changes. Speaking of changes. I spent the weekend at the river or the pool. Took a few progess pics. See any changes?
