I AM NOT WORTHY

Thursday, September 25th, 2008

It is Thursday afternoon about 4:55 pm, and I am in my office reading profiles of various body builders. I was not looking at anyone in particular, I am interested in how everyone works out and succeeds.

I ran into several particular profiles that have given me motivation. The profiles I found are the wheel chair builders and those who have overcome obsticles to be where they are today. At the top of their field.

I am writing this, because I am one of those builders that want to see changes now, and if I don’t see anything I have a tendency of giving up for a while and starting over again.

Well these builders that I have read about have made me feel small. I do not feel worthy to be in their company. They have made great accomplishments in their lives, and awesome gains physically. Who am I to sit here and complain after reading their profiles and what they have been thru.

Yet I feel proud to be in the same room as them. If i could have achieved half of what they have achieved, i would be a happy camper. But again I haven’t, and and motivated enuf to succeed and more.

I just want to say thanks to those men who have been thru hell and back. I am proud to be in their company.

Mid Section One Helluva Problem

Wednesday, April 2nd, 2008

Ok, I am at wits end. How the hell do I get rid of this damn mid section. I can see development happening but I cannot get rid of my middle, stomach. I am doing every exercise and correctly. eating small meals when I can, stopped snacking, well sort of anyway, (cannot tell a lie).

What can I do. If I lost that section I’d have some great definition.

So I am putting out a plea for HELP!!!!!!!

12 Week Work Out

Sunday, March 2nd, 2008

I am going to start a 12 week program to transform my physique.

I may be calling on a few of you in here for help. I have read what a lot of you are doing lifting wise, as well as what you are doing diet wise. I am set.

I have met motivation from a friend Adam. he is truly an inspiration for me now. I do not want to let him down.

I am going to submitt some new start pict in the next few days. If some of you can look them over and give advice to develop or change Id appreciate it.

After all isn’t this what this site is for?

THANKS

Saturday, January 26th, 2008

I just received an e-mail that made me think a helluva lot.

It was about us not, NOT saying thanks to the military men and women serving us abroad. Or being afraid to comfront a military person and say thanks. I know that I did that this Christmas. I wanted to thank a Marine for collecting toys for Toys for TOTS and was shy. It is something I regret not doing. A simple hand shake or even the slightest gesture. I know I did nod and say Hi, but that does not seem enough.

I have seen a lot of profiles of GIs in Iraq and Afgasinstan and in the U.S. among other places. Trying to work out during their spare time while they serve us. That is right serve us.

I personally want to take this time and say Thank you. That is all THANK YOU. Yes there are people here that do greatly appreciate what you are doing for us here at home. You are in our prayers and thoughts.

Keep the Faith guys!

THANK YOU

Where Did It Go?!!!

Friday, January 25th, 2008

I just wrote a Blog on changing things up. It got lost in cyberland.

I have started again. I have started, stopped, started, stopped, started again. This cycle goes on continually. Well I have started again thanks to the help of a few friends in here. LongNhard, Donnie, EFudd, JESS, Skippy, the Buckle and joeski to name a few. These guys, builders ahve listened to me complain and have gotten me physched to start again. I followed their instructions and have gotten off my fat ass and am lifting again, with a vengence.

I have read several Blogs in this site and followed many ides stated by various builders. This s**t works. I am noticing changes and seeing results. slowly but I can see changes. Now I have to lose that dreaded middle. If I can do that, watch out.

I have taken advice I have read and made building my own zone. It is totally my world when I lift. No one bothers me. I do it as long as I want or as short as I want. I go hard, or easy. The botom line is I am doing it.

This site has been a tremendous help. Looking at the awsome results from many of the friends that I have chosen, and those who have recripicated, motivates me more.
