					<description>that is exactly what I am doin now. Both! I have restarted a new program so I am going slowly at first. I hope to increase the program next month. I will feel more comfortable by then with the new routine.

					<description>Right now I lift weights and do the P90X program. When P90X is done, I plan on switching over to Cross Fit and weights.  I agree with usafhoney... why not do both?!</description>

					<description>I say....why not both??...That's what my hubby does and he is seeing AMAZING results...it's a great trick for the body...he's even starting me with one good crossfit workout a week and I love it, with the combination of weight lifting...but I'm no expert....just from my observation;) Good luck!</description>
