Cross Fit Training vs Weight Lifting

Ok so will someone please fill me in here. I have started Cross Fit Training, well have been doing it since the summer. I have weight lifted for many years also. I have found that Cross Fit has given me a better burn and more of a full body work out than when I lift. I have lifted for years, taught it and have trained students in the art of BodyBuilding. But when I started Cross Fit, I have seen better results than when I lifted.

Ok so you are going to say do what is best for you. therein lies my delema. I feel like I am letting this room down, since it is almost totally developed to lifters. Yet I have met a few guys in here devoted to Cross Fit Training.

So what is the consences. which is better?

I say….why not both??…That’s what my hubby does and he is seeing AMAZING results…it’s a great trick for the body…he’s even starting me with one good crossfit workout a week and I love it, with the combination of weight lifting…but I’m no expert….just from my observation;) Good luck!

Right now I lift weights and do the P90X program. When P90X is done, I plan on switching over to Cross Fit and weights. I agree with usafhoney… why not do both?!
