This Stuff really works, and I am all Natural!

Wednesday, March 25th, 2009

Ok I am at the end of week 3. NO NEW  pictures yet. I am waitin for the end. but I am proud to say

I have lost 10 pounds already. I started my diet at 240 and recorded today at 230. Now I have to break thru that wall. I can never get past the weight. But I am now determined. as for work outs, my Cross Training work outs have shown development. nothing large, but I can see a difference. pants are even gettin loose.

My goal at the end of this, at Easter is to be at a weight in the 225’s or so. then I am not sure what Ill do. any suggestions?  go lower or try to bulk up. Realistically I’d like to be in the low 210’s then start to bulk. well I can use any help anyone is willing to give at this point. espically on losing that damn mid section. Yes cardio and sit ups, I am doin that.

so this is the end to week 3 with 2 more to go. stay tuned!

I am a true work in progress

End of Week 2

Monday, March 16th, 2009

Well week 2 ended. it was a tough one, but I was successful.

I have returned to the Cross Fit Training Gym I use to go to. I have seen changes already. My confidence is also up. I even took notice to  being looked at by other women now. I have not developed the BodyBuilders Physique by no means, but I guess there are some changes that are noticable to others.

I have lost 7 pounds since i started this on Ash Wednesday, and it feels awesome.

I am focused on this new plan of action.  It seems to be working.  I am determined to change this year. I want to transform this ol’ bod into somethin I and my family can be proud of. I also want the site to say WOW he did it, keep it up.

Well onto week 3. as I say to all, I am stayin focused

Cross Fit Training vs Weight Lifting

Monday, March 16th, 2009

Ok so will someone please fill me in here. I have started Cross Fit Training, well have been doing it since the summer. I have weight lifted for many years also. I have found that Cross Fit has given me a better burn and more of a full body work out than when I lift. I have lifted for years, taught it and have trained students in the art of BodyBuilding. But when I started Cross Fit, I have seen better results than when I lifted.

Ok so you are going to say do what is best for you. therein lies my delema. I feel like I am letting this room down, since it is almost totally developed to lifters. Yet I have met a few guys in here devoted to Cross Fit Training.

So what is the consences. which is better?

End of Week 1…Death to a Couch Potatoe

Wednesday, March 4th, 2009

Well I have finished week 1. And I can say that I did it successfully! I have not been able to say that in a helluva long time.

I have been consistant on my diet. In fact I have lost approx. 5 pounds. And I have stayed focused on my liftin. I have even returned to the CrossFit Training Center I was, not that was working out  in. I had an awesome work out last night. I saw muscles in my chest I was not aware existed in my chest. I am still feeling the pump today some 15 hours later.

On to week 2. I am sure that this week will be as successful as last was.

Watch out site, I am in reconstruction mode. "A Work in Progress."
