The ReBirth

I am about to turn 57, and I feel great. In fact I will turn this horrid age within days. I had an awesome physical and all of my vitals have gone down. I thank Boot Camp and liftin for that.

But now I want to do somethin about me physically.

I have posted some new picts that I’ll title Rebirth or a New Beginning. I am going to give myself a year to transform my physique. I have asked for help fromĀ  trainers specifically. ‘Step Beyond’ has ben an awesome help to me. He has been a true mentor. I am also asking for help from my Boot Camp trainer. The 3 of us have our hands full but I will not let them down.

I am remaining focused on this. I am going to do this. And with help from other guys in here I’ll show you all.

So stay tuned guys it is going to be a helluva ride.

Hey Rick, I found that SHOCKWAVE and SUPERPUMP 250 get the metabolism goin and help cut the fat, also watchin the diet, man. turkey bacon, no fat milk, egg whites, tuna, fish, chicken, salads with no dressing all help, buddy. Keep at it, pack on the lean muscle. keep us posted.

Thanks form the kind comments. I too love bodybuilding and how it makes me feel. Keep up the good work and your progress will be evident. Watch the diet as best you can and don’t worry about how much weight you are lifting but keep perfect form and continuous tension on the muscle you are exercising. Good luck!
