Mid Section One Helluva Problem
Ok, I am at wits end. How the hell do I get rid of this damn mid section. I can see development happening but I cannot get rid of my middle, stomach. I am doing every exercise and correctly. eating small meals when I can, stopped snacking, well sort of anyway, (cannot tell a lie).
What can I do. If I lost that section I’d have some great definition.
So I am putting out a plea for HELP!!!!!!!

Patience - that’s the ONLY way to go! Girls store their fat on their hips, butt and thighs. Guys tend to get round like apples. Often it’s the very last place the male body wants to lose the fat - it’s like a fortress that will not yield
Stay on track, keep dieting and eventually the gut will give in

Increase routine in the largest muscles in the body…squats. This is the power plant for killing calories and asking the fat cells to supply energy. Leg curls for hams is another large muscle. Pullups will get the lats going and growing. The more muscle you have, the faster you burn cals. Keep your goals written down in an exercise log and up the routine every workout with more reps and eventual more weight added to the bar. Long term pay off will be yours…I guarantee it!! (no junk or grease foods and eat lots of FISH!)

clean eating is a lifestyle change that has results.. Once I found that regulating insuline spikes my weight started to drop… One of the better routines i found was from Marc L and Derick B. they do the tri-phase routine and their diets are here and on their site at scivation.com…. i’m not a rep or affiliated in any way with them but find their info great for all purposes.. I’m mid forties and been at this for about 18 months.. long term is what it is all about.. good luck to you man..

UP Your cardio Mate..and give it STICK..Thats where You burn fat=CARDIO+Water-NO BREAD!!!..and..only One CHEAT meal..cardio=3 x a week for Minimum 30 minutes..Come on Mate..i have faith in You..Now go kick some ASS
