12 Week Work Out

I am going to start a 12 week program to transform my physique.

I may be calling on a few of you in here for help. I have read what a lot of you are doing lifting wise, as well as what you are doing diet wise. I am set.

I have met motivation from a friend Adam. he is truly an inspiration for me now. I do not want to let him down.

I am going to submitt some new start pict in the next few days. If some of you can look them over and give advice to develop or change Id appreciate it.

After all isn’t this what this site is for?

    thanks buddy
so how’s lifting going for you. how is the training partner working out. I have a group of boys from athlewtics here at school that I am lifting with. they are putting me to shame, but this old dog is definitely teaching them some new tricks. they cannot believe their assistant principal can keep up with them.

Just making up your mind that you are going to do it is the first and often toughest step. Good luck, my friend…stay focused and disciplined. I’ll be checking back on your progress. Now get to work :)

I cut from August to November of last year and concentrated on losing bodyfat over building muscle. I definitely lost the inches and got cut around my formerly tubby waist and blurry pec area (and all over) but also lost what little muscle I had. Still, I enjoyed the cutting process and met my weekly goals courtesy of a strict 1500-calories per day menu, 5x a week cardio and Monday- Wednesday- Friday lifting.

You can do this. I aimed for a two-pound per week weight loss, dropping from about 179 lbs. to 149 lbs. in about 12 weeks.

12 to 9 weeks are ideal for building goals… always evaluate results and make changes.. everyone’s body is different some people respond differently.. but eveyone has to make that vital first step and it sounds like you are on the right path man… now get some black socks and get your money on the weight pile
