I just posted some new pictures, espically in my update photos. I myself cannot believe the changes that have taken place. I am the type of person that wants results yesterday. i know as an educator that it takes time. well it has paid off.
i am not, physique wise as a lot of builders in here yet! That is the key word yet. But you can mark my words I will be.
I have a lot of people to thank. A lot of guys in here who are my friends and have written me a lot with new ideas and motivation. I really want to thank them and let them know please don’t stop.
One of my biggest supporters has been the buckle. i want to thank him.
I told him that I have a want and that is to pose with him. He has pushed me and given me some great ideas.
I also want to thank for their support 2425, BryanGee and jmacco and his wife. You guys have helped like you do not know. Jess of course you have helped and motivated as well.
Well I am happy. I will keep on training and hope to meet some other great helpers in here.
