Where are all the PA Guys

Ok I have been in this site for some time now. I have not seen any guys from Pennsylvania. Yet expect to see the over 45 set from there.  guess it is true we are a unhealthy state.

Come on guys you have to be out there somewhere. The Philly guys must be there somewhere.

Stress and Lifting

Ok I am putting this out to anyone who can give me a decent answer.

I am stressed out today from work, and I went home and lifted up a great sweat. Good burn.

Now was this this the right thing to do or not. Some have said not to lift when you are stressed, some say do it then.

Well? Was this a good idea or not.

Work Out

Tuesday, September 18th, 2007

Just finished dat two of new work out. Yesterday high reps with low weights. Today high weights and low reps.

The burn feels great. Arms never felt this good.

Now if someone has some suggestions for the waiste, please let me know.

Well this is really working out nicely. Started to hit the iron hard and feeling the burn. But i still need help with the mid section. HELP!!!!! Anyone out there help!

I am glad I restarted. Feel great and starting to look better. Losing little lbs slowly.

Thanks for all of the help from my friends. They were a really big help.

Week 2

Just finished week 2. Feel great and got movement back that I lost.

Been hitting the weights hard. No real changes yet, but that will come in time.

Need help on the mid section…AKA stomach HELP. any body have any suggestions, PLEASE!

Today I decided to go for broke. I worked out my arms to the max.  Started iut doing dumb bell lifts at 25 - 35 - and finished off with 50 lbs. What a burn. Feels great. Now I have to work on the middle, stomach. HELP!!!! Man it was easy putting it on, but  taking it off ain’t easy. HELP

Week 1 Finished

I did it, completed week 1. Gains have been made and some loses as well. Thanks to the great information from my friends and the motivation they gave me, I have lost 5 pounds and started to feel and look better.

I have hit the weights and have seen some, not much, but some changes.

Thanks to all of you for the help. I think I am on the right track and will stay on it.
