Ok, so I splurged the money and bought the P90X like my brother told me to do. I got it Friday and I started it this morning. I liked it. I had a bit of a hard time with some of the moves, but did the best I could for the whole hour. And now for lunch I am going to the gym for some cardio. I am determined to get this weight off and get back to normal. K owing that I was bigger than this with my first son makes me think of how bad I really was and it’s so sad. It took me 3 months to get ready for this and I am here and I am ready! Taking suggestions on weight loss…so if Anyone’s even readig this, don’t hesitate to let me know!! Thanks!!!

I recently gave birth to a beautiful baby boy and I am left with a lot of UGLY fat. I am looking for someone that has knowledge that can point me in the right direction. Someone to help me build a nutrition plan and workout plan to fit my needs. I am clueless about where to start and I’d love the help. Ok, here i go again!

So, I had a baby boy 2 weeks ago and he’s beautiful! I am ready to start with a new routine and a little confused on where to start. I’m gonna look up some stuff on diet and don’t really know where to start with training. All that I do know is that I need to drop this weight. I feel so gross and I am so huge it’s driving me nuts. So, this is me starting over, my husband just left for another tour in Iraq and I wanna surprise the sh*t outta him when he gets home! If anyone cares to read this and can help me in any way, please don’t hesitate! LOL, I’m open ears!! Thanks :0)

Taking time off….

I am taking some time off. I found out in the middle of September that I am expecting, and because of past miscarriages I think it’s best that I take it easy. I eat right and I walk a lot so I am attempting not to gain very much weight. i know that I am going to have to work out twice as hard once I have the baby in May, but luckily the baby comes in May and it’s nice and warm!! Any points or info anyone can give me is greatly appreciated!!

Not like I thought it was going to be!

I have been working out hard lately and I have taken it so serious. I’m trying to watch my calories and the foods and drinks that I eat and drink. At night I am the worst, especially when I am bored! I try not to eat after 6, but some nights it’s just impossible with my schedule. I am doing the best I can right now with what i have. My co workers are teaching me how to "box". That’s a workout for me, I was tired! But I have to knock off about 4 minutes off my run time to pass my PT test. That’s my issue. I figure if I lose the weight then I won’t have so much of a problem running. But I don’t know. I need some guidance, I wish I could have a personal trainer for a week!! Maybe one day when I’m rich. LOL

Well, I have finally decided to get my life back! I took a break when I got home from Iraq so that I can enjoy the welcome home parties and the regular food, but I have gained a little since I have been home and it’s upsetting because I went from 246 to 184 in about 9 months. now I am 186. i don’t want to go back up! So, for the past few days I have gathered some useful information on how to eat clean and I bought the Body for Life book. I just hope that I have enough information that I need to get my life back. I am so tired of being FAT! Wish me luck, Please!
