Ok, here i go again!
So, I had a baby boy 2 weeks ago and he’s beautiful! I am ready to start with a new routine and a little confused on where to start. I’m gonna look up some stuff on diet and don’t really know where to start with training. All that I do know is that I need to drop this weight. I feel so gross and I am so huge it’s driving me nuts. So, this is me starting over, my husband just left for another tour in Iraq and I wanna surprise the sh*t outta him when he gets home!
