Not like I thought it was going to be!
August 28, 2008I have been working out hard lately and I have taken it so serious. I’m trying to watch my calories and the foods and drinks that I eat and drink. At night I am the worst, especially when I am bored! I try not to eat after 6, but some nights it’s just impossible with my schedule. I am doing the best I can right now with what i have. My co workers are teaching me how to "box". That’s a workout for me, I was tired! But I have to knock off about 4 minutes off my run time to pass my PT test. That’s my issue. I figure if I lose the weight then I won’t have so much of a problem running. But I don’t know. I need some guidance, I wish I could have a personal trainer for a week!! Maybe one day when I’m rich. LOL
