Okay I haven’t been on in awhile! But still have been hitting the gym on a regular basis!
I want to compete in Las Vegas on July 12th. I have a program all set up. I am just concerned a little about cardio/losing muscle mass and getting shredded!!!

Dude … stay as focused in the kitchen as you are in the squat rack and you won’t loose any muscle. Frequent meals. 25-35 grams of protein each will do it. I am eating 8-9 times a day myself! Keep it going bro … you’re moving along well.
