I got one from him and was not impressed at all. I could give you a list of reasons but would rather not totally bash the guy in public. If you want to know my experience shoot me a msg. IF I ever went to a pro again I would go with Maggie Duibaldo.

Good luck with your diet! I always wonder if I could stay very strict for moths. The best I could do so far is 3 weeks - got amazing results back then. Last week was crazy-eating week for me I ate a lot and everything. I will use your dieting as support for myself to get back to tuna and vegetables. Do you get to have some cheat days in this eating plan? For how long you will do it?

Just like the classes. I just got my diet last night, and its very very strict. Im game though. I haven't figured out the macros, but it starts with 4egg whites, with 1 cup tomatos and spinich before am cardio. Then, 2/3 c oats with 20g low fat protein mixed in, then 5-7oz chicken with 2/3c green beans, and 3oz yams, then 3oz tuna, 10 almonds, 2c spinich, 4 cherry tomatos and 3 celery sticks with small amt of balsamic viniger on the salad. Then one whole grapefruit and choice of 4oz chicken if Im hungry (like Im gonna be eating all this food :)) Then 4 oz orange roughy and a plain rice cake, then train and another 35 min of cardio, then 2oz flank steak, 2oz chicken, 5oz yam, and last but not least, 1 sugar free popsickle. Also, I have my supplements like glutamine, bcomplex, thermos, vitamins, vit c, and 2 gal water / day.

Ill keep up to date on my progress.
Thanks, for the info :)

Let me know how the diet goes from Mike Davies. I have heard of him- but I don't know anyone who has worked with him. He will definitely increase your cals. They are way low for your height and activity.

I wouldn't add any more cardio if I was you. Getting your diet in check might just do it for you! Save the cardio for later if you need it so your body won't adapt to it.

Do you teach aerobics or just like taking classes?

yep, happens all the time, the word document is the trick. however, I think I figured out how to stop it. when you click to "write new post", let everything on the page load 100% before you make any mouse clicks, if you forget, do not even start the post and reload the page from the blog, not the refresh button. since i started doing that, it works 100% everytime. the word doc thou is the good back up.

I know it has happened to a lot of people as of late. I think they are trying to fix the problem. copy and paste it on a word doc before you post then you dont have to retype it=), just copy and paste
