Well…Kidneys are functioning okay. Lupus is a systemic disease where your body decides it doesnt like itself anymore, so I have some infection symptoms, but other than that, Im doing good. My Rheumatologist thinks its mostly due to the stress of nursing school. Go figure
Anyway…diet is fine. I did 45 min on the elliptical yesterday and come MMA stuff with my trainer yesterday afternoon. Then we stretched for like 20 min. I weighed myself and I am back down to 150. Still not where I used to be, but better than 170 (where I was after the Prednisone and pregnancy)
Im 145 in my pics, so Im close to feeling like myself again. Im starting to see the definition in my shoulders and abs again, those are my faves!!!
I know…Im wierd
XOXO

Congratulations on sticking with the nursing school AND continuing to keep up with your diet and training…when i was in nursing school it seemed like it took 110% of my time but..it definitely will be worth it in the end. Sorry to hear about your lupus flareup…hope your feeling better really soon

Look Great at That Weight in Pics.
Have you thought about taking Glandulars to help with the Lupus?
Ole Nursing school/ Docs would have a fit about taking Glandulars for anything…lol
But is it a consideration?
Wish the best to you and yours,
Robert
