Getting ready to sneak out the door to a bodypump class without waking the family. I worked out with my trainer yesterday and Im a little sore, but not too bad. Just my shoulders. Diet is going well. I have been adding more whole food instead of pp, and its been really hard. I have only been able to get in 5 meals. I think with time, Ill stretch it to 6, but I think Im doing good with 5 right now. lbs are still coming off slowly, and I think its fat and water. I feel really tight. I havent been able to check my bf yet and Im actually a little scared to
Im going to wait until 12 weeks to do it. Today is officially 6 weeks!!! Yay!! I made it to 6 weeks
My girlfriends had an extra ticket to the Christina Agiulara concert last night and I had to pass because I knew I would end up drinking and cheat. Im so proud of myself.
Anyway, Im off to the gym for the torture…

Finding the required protein when limiting the powder certainly can be hard. I’ve been getting my 6th or 7th sometimes before bed in the form of fat-free cottage cheese. I even grab some if I wake in the middle of the night.

Me too Del. FF cottage cheese if its late and quick handfull of almonds during the day.
