Ahhhhh! Back to clinicals today. I am so stressed out I could scream. I just got home from the hospital and I have a ton of studying to do before tomorrows clinicals at 6am and my daughter is getting an award at school, so I cant go to the gym. I had no idea! Im happy for her and really excited, but I needed to workout. So…I guess today is going to be my day off instead of Sunday.
I have been eating perfect. Worked out with my trainer yesterday and felt great. I just wish I could see progress faster. I am seeing more definition in my arms though. Im going to check my weight and bodyfat on Saturday.
Gotta go read a few chapters before the family gets home and then its off to the school to see what my little scholar is getting awarded for!

Worry about school and your daughter, you can always catch up on the training later.
Besides you are already the envy of most women, so no need to make any drastic improvements. Great goal though, just so you can say you made it to 19% (very difficult number for women).

Working out will happen many times in your life…..your kids achieving this or that award, whatever it happens to be, will only happen once. Having two boys who are into a myriad of things and as a result are constantly receiving something for something, I fully understand how at some points, it can be frustrating. I have to remember that my kids only grow up once……Unfortunately, once I’ve missed one particular event in my kids life, I’ll never get to make that up…..For me, and at the end of the day, I am in my kids life first: Everything else can wait, period.

Dont get me wrong…I would never miss an achievement that she had worked so hard for…just venting. She published a book! It is adorable. She is only in first grade and is reading and writing at a 5th grade level. How could I not be proud!?!? She just finished reading a Harry Potter Book (in 2 weeks) at 7 years old. Im such a proud Mama
I didnt get a workout or cardio in because I had clinical prep to do and I was falling asleep just trying to get that done, but Im on it today! 45 min HIIT and shoulders…wish me luck!
