Time to get shreaded!!!!
June 27, 2007I just ordered a personalized diet from Mike Davies at The Fitness Factory. Anyone have experience with him? Ive been having a hard time with my diet and Im ready to get shreaded. Who better to consult than a pro?
I have no problem staying on my diet. Its just that Im not sure Im eating correctly. I know for sure Im not eating often enough and I am killing myself to eat over 1100 cal a day. I think I just need it planned out hour by hour for me.
I checked my bodyfat and its 20%!!! My ultimate goal is to get under 15% by Chirstmas. Its really hard right now because Im in my last semester and I have clinicals 3 days a week on top of class. I know…Im whinning, but I need to vent sometimes.
So, Ive been doing cardio 5x a week and training 3. Im thinking Im going to change my split to 4x a week and increase the cardio to 6. Heres my plan:
Mon: Legs/abs/30min jog
Tue: back/bi’s/ 20min HIIT/40min eliptical
Wed: Chest/tri’s/60 min step class
Thu:Shoulders/abs/60 min bodypump class
Fri: 60min bodypump class/60 min step class
Sat: 20 min HIIT/40 min run
Sun: Off
Any suggestions?
